Project Statement: For Highpointe Residences, the core objective was to highlight the luxurious, resort-like experience of living on the greens of the Golf Club at Little Turtle. I redesigned the website with a modern, upscale aesthetic and selected a new brand color palette to reflect the elegance and tranquility of the setting. A major feature of this project was my creation of detailed 3D floorplan models for all four unit layouts—bringing the spaces to life and helping prospective buyers visualize the open, airy design of each home in a more immersive and compelling way.
Alongside the website, I developed a full suite of print advertising that extended the refined visual identity into brochures, flyers, and signage. Every design element worked together to convey the sense of exclusivity and ease that defines life at Highpoint—turning the property into more than just a condo, but a private retreat on the fairway.
